I have foolishly agreed to cycle from Lands End to John O Groats in September 2021. Its nearly a thousand miles and we are doing it in just nine days !!!
If that's not difficult enough, at my age, we are camping every night.
The reason I am doing this is to raise money for two causes that are close to me.
These are The Richmond Heavies Foundation Defibrillator fund and also Cystic Fibrosis.

If you are able to support me and donate, it would be fantastic and much appreciated.

The Richmond Heavies Foundation Defibrillator Fund aims to provide defibrillators to sports clubs and communities who cannot afford this lifesaving device. The importance of this device as been so clearly shown, through the recent Incident with Christian Eriksen, whilst playing for Denmark.

Cystic Fibrosis is a genetically inherited life threatening disease. The Cystic Fibrosis Trust is a UK charity dedicated to fighting a life unlimited by CF. My best friends family fight this every day & they are committed to improving the lives of others.
