We have good role models and Young Leaders like Vikram and Ajay who have been with Khelo Rugby since 2014. Both started playing as young kids and adopted the sport very well.

With the help of Khelo Rugby they had the opportunity to do an internship with Decathlon for two years whilst also continuing to study and play rugby. Khelo Rugby’s charcha [discussion] sessions helped them to understand the importance of learning, sharing and growing. This what made them to go back to community encourage more children to get involved with sport and grow.

After finishing their internships with Decathlon, both of them are now in University studying a Bachelors of Commerce degree. Vikram and Ajay still teach children at Khelo’s Sunday Academy and have a part-time job at Decathlon. That discipline made them to not give up on studying, playing, and sharing knowledge with others
